During her MSc, she began working part time as an Assistant Psychologist in the Division of Primary Care & Public Health at BSMS. While working at BSMS, Chrissie developed an interest in asthma and allergy and began her PhD in October 2008 looking at psychological models to explain adherence behaviours in adolescents with food allergy. Following the completion of her PhD, Chrissie started work as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in the same Division, developing and completing studies related to allergy, asthma and health services research. C. Jones was appointed non-clinical Lecturer in Paediatrics in September 2015 and is currently developing a MSc in Paediatrics & Child Health in addition to pursuing her research interests.
